CodeLens items blink in and out of existence

Followup of #3663: CodeLens items are no longer rendered through the code, but the keep appearing/disappearing. Not sure if this is a problem of the extension or of OniVim.

I'm getting the same issue with the vscode-ocaml-platform extension. @Minnozz is that the extension you're using as well?
