I have closed all old issues

I'm in the process of rewriting TMSU in Rust and, as part of the exercise, making a few changes along the way.

As such I'm clearing down old issues to create a fresh start. The old issues are still there (but closed) and I will be referring to them during the rewrite: I have labelled them for reference at the appropriate point in the project.

Just curious: are there any issues in TMSU that can only be fixed by a rewrite in a different language?

Is there a timeline in mind for this rewrite? Regarding an initial release and when new PRs, issues, etc will be accepted?
