Symbolic links not resolved when performing manual repair

tmsu repair old/path new/path

Where new/path is a symbolic link to actual/path results in the path in the database being updated to new/path rather than actual/path.

Also need to add the --no-dereference option to tmsu repair in case the path needs to be updated to the symbolic link itself.
