Tor tests

While working on tabs (#1064) I've refactored all of the GUI tests. I think they're much cleaner and easier to implement new tests. But I didn't rewrite the Tor GUI tests We rarely run the Tor GUI tests because they aren't enabled in CI, and in fact they're currently failing, even for version 2.2.

Is it worth re-implementing Tor GUI tests using the new way tests have been refactored? Or should we just leave it and not worry about Tor GUI tests?

As a user... I do want to run any kind of test. Tho, as of today - I'm not there yet :)
