Add option to switch to hidden/minimized windows

When I hide a window using Cmd+H it isn't selectable from the HotSwitch panel, anymore.
Also, minimized windows are not reachable using HotSwitch.

Thank you for your report. It works collectly. I think a hidden window should not be shown on HotSwitch panel.

With Witch (https://manytricks.com/witch/) you can configure the behaviour. I often hide windows to stay out of the way but it's very handy to be able to switch to them using a shortcut.

I added to the description a sentence about minimized windows since those aren't selectable either.
