FInalize remaining issues with Kitty Items for release.

  • [x] Fix flow-go blocking issue
  • [x] Finish diagrams
  • [x] Update README and docs
  • [x] Fix tutorial not working because of contract struct update
  • [x] Make startup script process handling more robust.
  • [ ] Release new version & tutorial

Definition of Done:

  • New version of Kitty Items is deployed to Heroku.
  • New Kitty Items tutorial is available on the docs site.
  • A maintainer has been found for updates moving forward.

Created a PR to fix the final step in the new Kitty Items tutorial: https://github.com/onflow/kitty-items/pull/242 Awaiting review.
