Need detailed example code and documentation for the changes described in https://github.com/onflow/flow/issues/871 to make it easy to understand for everyone

Suggest A Solution

• Include both new standards
• Include example implementations of both standards
• Include the text that will be used for the FLIP
• Include an example of how a common smart contract like Top Shot would be upgraded to align with the standard
• Include a clear set of tutorials and instructions to preparing your contracts to upgrading
• Any state migrations need to be documented
