[EFM] Enable previously disabled integration tests

Context

In dadeae3 (#6338) several integration tests were disabled since they depend on DKG logic, which was broken at that time because DKGIndexMap was not properly filled.

Definition of done

  • Enable integration tests
  • Make sure they are passing
