[Dynamic Protocol State | M2] Update Ansible automation for Mainnet25 Changes [FLIP 204, Dynamic Protocol State]

Sjon-Paul Brown 3 days ago @jordan, could you either recommend the changes for me to make in the Ansible automation or create a PR to change the following root-block role & finalization role? I can do the testing on Canary to ensure that the spork automation works as expected.

jordan 3 days ago @Sjon-Paul Brown Yes, I'll create a PR, once the bootstrapping changes are approved + merged to the feature branch. BTW, there are some other bootstrapping command changes in https://github.com/onflow/flow-go/pull/5071, which I'll add as well. Both will be included in the Mainnet25 cycle.

Definition of Done

Update Ansible automations to account for changes in:

• FLIP 204 - epoch timing flags
• Dynamic Protocol State - moved epoch flags

In particular, update the following Ansible roles:

• rootblock role
• finalization role
