[BUG] New User experience when Flow Wallet not installed is "broken"

Current Behavior

See the ticket https://github.com/onflow/FRW-Extension/issues/863 for a video and explanation.

The UX is broken when attempting to connect a wallet when none is installed.

1. Flow wallet is recommended - but clicking that recommendation does nothing (needs to be fixed in fcl)
2. Once the extension is installed, there is nothing that tells the user they should refresh the dApp page

Expected Behavior

FCL should be updated so that:

1. Clicking on Flow Wallet if it is recommend should take them to install it if not already done
2. Once installed, the user should be prompted to refresh the window of any dApps. Alternatively, fcl should prompt the user to refresh the page if they have just installed a dApp
