Add "click to report an issue" via link in logger-utils

Update logger-util to generate a link to allow for optional one click reporting of the error or issue. Allows for metrics and data to be collected via voluntary and simple reporting from devs/users who encounter issues using FCL Might need to build a simple service to capture this or find an existing solution.

• Links could be generated for different log levels
• Log details could be sent via params
