A certification program can help standardize the skills required for Flow development and give developers a valuable credential to enhance their career prospects.

Proposed solution

I propose to create a Flow Developer Certification Program that includes structured courses, exams, and certification. This program will offer multiple levels of certification, from beginner to advanced, covering all essential topics such as setting up the development environment, smart contract development with Cadence, and integration with existing tools.
