Support for React Native 0.68.2

Hello,

I am trying to update React Native from 0.63.4 to 0.68.2. I am on the latest version of your plugin ("@onfido/react-native-sdk": "^5.3.0"). All works ok with React Native 0.63.4, however, on 0.68.2 I get quite a few errors.

How can I fix those errors? Is there a version of onfido/react-native-sdk planned that is going to fix it?
