Multi-arch images synchronisation

The commit adds support of multi-arch images like calico/node and many others.

Default behaviour remains the same as before.

With the option --override-arch set to all different flag for Scopeo will be used which sync images for all available architectures including multi-arch image digest.

Tested locally on my infrastructure.
