overlap the videos

The chat and video interfaces of the application are working fine. However, I wanted to know if its possible to overlap the videos of the people chatting(similar to skype video call)

It 100% is, I'm not an authority on webrtc. But as I was looking for better demos, I found: https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet They have overlapping video, and it is open source, so you could dig through their code to see how they are doing it.
