Wrong dates selected for users in different timezone

When I am using the date picker in my timezone, it works correctly. But if somebody uses my app from a different timezone, wrong dates ranges are selected for them. Also there are 3 highlighted dates. Not sure what they mean. I am not sure if this is a bug or I need to do something to make it right.
