We've decided we will be using disnake, and a pr to migrate to disnake will be created in the near future.
Will have more to review in a moment but since there was a push while reviewing, github does not let the review complete.
This is aimed more for consumers, to help troubleshoot when something goes wrong.

Ideally we should also report a pending status for changelog rather than a failed status, as it otherwise marks every commit as failed
