Remote trigger does not work

I have noticed repository polling works as expected, but remote trigger does not. Recreation Steps

  1. Setup a Gerrit repo with a commit
  2. Setup a plan in Bamboo
  3. Setup a repository in the plan
  4. Setup a Remote Trigger remotetrigger
  5. Push a change to Gerrit Expected: Bamboo plan starts build Actual: Nothing
