Raw output mode
I realize that the documentation says, that yet basically no features of jq are exposed than the basic functionality.
Still in my mind probably the most essential thing to toggle is the "raw-output" (-r on command line jq).
I just put this here, in case this is trivial for someone smarter than me, because looking into the src-code of c- bindings I'm instantly in way over my head.

My brain has started hurting because I never wrote C before, and I am not great at rust either, but I think I figured out how to do this, so I'll take a shot at making a PR.
