Model repo needs to store

  1. Metadata about the model run
  2. Ability to reproduce the container runtime
    1. Store the entire container image
    2. Store enough Metadata to reliably reconstruct the container image

Not needed for MVP but we have to design this bit sooner than later. The implementation can come somewhere before Beta
