MSYS2 installer failed when setting MSYS2_VERSION

Install fails when setting MSYS2_VERSION instead of using the default. Note that the installer runs properly.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set env MSYS2_VERSION=20220603
  2. Run ridk install 1 2 3
