Ruby Interpreter(CUI) 2.3."0p0["x64-mingw32] has stopped working

The webserver happens to crash alot of times lately and started giving this issue. Then it shuts down the server and I have to start it again. I am not sure why this is happening lately. I have started using active storage to upload images and started facing this! Please let me know whats happening and how to fix it.
