Run additional tests for multilang enabled installer

In addition to initial tests for #117 additional tests need to be performed. Specifically,

  1. admin and non-admin installs on Windows 64bit OSs
  2. verify registry settings for assocfiles and modpath tasks for admin and no-admin installs
  3. verify multiple version installs to independent directories (eg - C:\Ruby193, C:Ruby187, C:\Ruby193JA) function
