Default profile for forbidden / allowed licenses

It would be interestint to have a defualt profile such as

npx @guidesmiths/license-checker --outputFileName COPYRIGHT --failOn default-one-beyond

That includes the list of licenses we want to forbid as an organization.

We could even store that profile in another repository so we don't need to release a new license-checker version if the list changes.

One default profile could be the one suggested by @UlisesGascon , for the OSI Approved Licenses
