Summary

CUDA backend for BLAS domain (and potentially others as well) does not build with hipSYCL (AdaptiveCpp)

Version

oneMKL: 402a7a4 AdaptiveCpp: 7041cdf

Environment

Tested on Nivida GPU.

Expected behavior

No build or test failures.
