Restored pinned tabs no longer pinned in new session/window

All of a sudden this morning when I restore sessions that have pinned tabs in those tabs are no longer pinned in the new session/window.

I use pins all the time and this is a major loss from my point of view.

Is it me? Maybe I broke it, somehow?
