blanket and ampersand sign color is missing on JetBrains IDE (CLion)

Describe the bug I was using vs code and I recently start using the JetBrains ides I found that blanket and ampersand sign colors are missing on the JetBrains IDE Here is some screenshot for the problem. VS code: CLion

To Reproduce No reproduce needed.

Expected Behavior Blanket and ampersand sign color should show normally like VS Code screenshot above.
