I have the BTC and ETH pairs listed twice BTCUDST and USDTBTC, I think the second form is not valid, if so I can remove it in the PR

@ondra-novak I have also added code to not cancel an order due to a small price change that does not change the value Used code from broker deribit as aguide

Can you review and merge? I was not sure if I needed to include BTC/USDT and USDT/BTC as trading pairs for free fee checks
