iCloud import failed?

Hi,

Last time I had to get a new iPhone, all of my AppSales data transferred fine. This time around, nothing transferred, so I lost a lot of sales data. I do have a backup of my phone with the AppSales SQLLite database encrypted somewhere in it, this was from a version that still had Promo Codes and App Reviews in it.

Is it possible to import this data again? Using iPhone Backup Extractor, I found the sqlite database, but was unable to open it, SQLiteManager complained that it wanted a password to decrypt it.

I'd be happy just being able to read that SQLite file in my backup, even if I can't import them to the app again. I need to use the data to pay a few people, so any help would be much appreciated,
