Auto-Renewable Subscriptions display as (null)

Within reports, Auto-Renewable Subscriptions display as

ReferenceName_SomeAppleID_DurationInDays ((null))

e.g.

Magazine_600_365 ((null))

They also don't seem to get counted when you switch from currency sales to unit sales, they are always at 0 units, similar to regular In-Apps that don't get counted.
