Discuss merging mosaic and master branch

I propose to go back to a single main branch, we currently have two: master and mosaic

Can we list potential reasons why this is not a good idea?

(While we are at it, we can also rename the master branch to main as is the default these days. )

@Ireneben73 do you by any chance know why @ipelupessy made this decision to have two parallel main branches? Does it have something to do with the availability of the Delft3DFM model?
