Mason and Architect progress don't adjust crafting XP gain

Describe the bug Mason and Architect crafting xp gain are not adjusted properly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Do at least 3% worth of work as Architect
  2. Its crafting XP gain remains on 40

Expected behavior Crafting XP gain becomes 41.
