Describe the bug Outlier values included in summary scores.

To Reproduce Under the Data Mining course, someone put in their review that they spent 100 hours per week.

Expected behavior Large values over 40 should be rejected. Additionally, drop the five highest and five lowest values before averaging or simply report the median value for the estimated hours.
