Bulk tool should support taging

I think the bulk tool should allow users to bulk tag.

Why Often I'll decide to add a tag for a particular subject when I see I use this subject often. Also for the moment there are no way to merge tags, as you can't rename to an existing tag. This feature would allow it.

Use case For instance I recently decided I should tag all bookmarks of github links to a new github tag. This way, I can easily intersect two tags like devops and github and I will get all the repo I bookmarked in relation to devops.

How

So I typed github in the bulk tool search bar, it did found all the repo I bookmarked, but i couldn't select an option "edit tags". Ideally I should be able to add or remove a tag for all matched entries
