Obsidian Sync: prevent special pound (`#`) character in note filename

Appreciate Omnivore in combination with this plugin, it really is great: many thanks.

However:

• When the article title contains a pound symbol (#), the pound is not parsed/removed from the filename when syncing content/highlights from Omnivore;
• I'm unable to link to these highlights (/notes) as # is a reserved character in Obsidian (indicating linking to a header)

Possibly we could create a set of special characters to remove from the filename upon import?
