Support for OSM metadata

I tried to find in the documentation how to import metadata about version number, last user, timestamp in my database schema. Is-it possible to do that with Imposm3 ?

It could be really fine to have metadata in the database schema.

Is there any update about getting the metadata (user, timestamp, etc.)? Issue #59 seems still to be a prototype

Including metadata (user, timestamp, etc.) would be a huge benefit for a project / proof-of-concept currently underway. Without it we're compelled to look at other tools - and Imposm would be much preferred for many of its other features.

9 months later after my previous question without any answer so far: is there any update about getting the metadata (user, timestamp, etc.)? Issue #59 seems still to be a prototype. Not having the possibility to get the metadata is huge, huge gap for imposm vs osm2pgsql whose development has recently restarted
