SAML 2.0

From the README, it looks like this gem only works with SAML 1.1. Does this gem also support SAML 2.0?

@StevenJL It worked with SAML 2.0 out of the box for us. Probably not too surprising since SAML 2.0 is almost a year older than Rails 1.
