Refactor: Move plasma deposit transactions to new table

https://github.com/omisego/ewallet/issues/1157 will bring a new table that contains all rootchain transactions.

For now childchain deposit are stored in transaction table with a type deposit they should be extracted to a new table childchain_deposit for more clarity after 1157 is done.
