[GAMEPLAY] Blocking Direction Quirk

Steps to reproduce Perform Chronos' matter phasing on player 1 facing the right side, then hold right on player 2's controls. After blocking matter phasing, player 2 should be able to continue blocking other attacks without releasing the right control.

Documentation BLOCK_DIR.zip Electra should block every attack
