Enhancement Request: Scale Out Functionality

Hi Omer,

Really liked this lambda function for scale in. Can you also add Scale out logic in this lambda ?

So that it supports both scale in and scale out.

Hey, sorry for the delay. My tool is only being used for scale in as I described on https://medium.com/@omerxx/how-to-scale-in-ecs-hosts-2d0906d2ba

For scale out I use CloudWatch metrics and alarms. The alarms are being triggered by different threshold crossing and trigger a scale-up policy in service / auto scaling groups etc.

Having that said, you are more then welcome to implement your thoughts on scale-out and send over a PR. You're also welcome to talk to me and consult / explain what you had in mind. Hope this helps.
