Import process stops at "queued"

In some cases, the import process stops at "queued" with no further progress and no more information. See, for example: http://omeka.org/forums/topic/csv-20-not-workingqueued#post-24154

Has this bug been fixed? We too are having problems with imports stuck in the queue.

In one instance of this situation, switching the job.dispatcher.longRunning to the Synchronous adapter fixed it. Unknown whether this reflects a problem with the sites PHP-CLI path
