Vocabulary sidebar height

When editing a resource, the right-hand drawer opens to your installed vocabularies, collapsed by default. But the drawer itself loads with a height to accommodate all the vocabs as if they were expanded (I assume), so it develops a vertical scroll if you have something big like Schema installed.

Expected behaviour is the div should have a height calculated by its contents, so when everything is collapsed, no scroll.
