URI value add looks funky

On develop, the bottom-right-corner button to expand the label window is misplaced in the URI value addition window. Also in URI value annotation. Regardless of whether the language box is open (despite what the screenshot might lead you to think).

Looks like there are padding values of 42px on the right that shouldn't be there in that particular case.

The label should now align to the top.

Annotations are fixed, thanks, but the URI label field is not. Sorry, my first message was a garble and I mistyped!

What browser are you using? This is what I'm seeing on both Chrome and Firefox for mac OS, having pulled down the textarea of the label input to increase its height.

Looks like it's just picking up a padding value it shouldn't have. padding
