Testing: Default language for values

On the develop branch, users now have the option to set a default language on values using resource templates.

To test this, add a new resource template, edit a property, enter a language code in the "Default language" input, set changes, and save the template. Then add a new item and select the template that you just created. The property value should now have a language input populated with the default language you entered above. Try this with the Text and URI data types.
