Issue #936: Add pagination to collections->showAction for themes that use it

This PR adds additional pagination data to the results returned by the Collections show action, for themes which want to create individual paginated collection pages rather than relying on /items/show/ to display collection items in full. It shouldn't impact themes which don't show pagination information on their collections/show.php templates.
