inquery for data prepreprocessing

A processed Hic dataset is needed mentioned in the readme file, and I wonder how should I convert the original hic data (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE63525) to the raw data format in your code?
