Upgrade issue: the mirror files.aegir.cc doesn't respond

I receive a message the mirror files.aegir.cc doesn't respond when I am upgrading by using: $ cd;wget -q -U iCab http://files.aegir.cc/BOA.sh.txt;bash BOA.sh.txt $ barracuda up-stable

ping works ... wget doesn't

Solved: In my VPN provider (Vultr) admin I had to enable an Public IPv6 Network. Only IPV4 was default provided.
