GEOS for PHP 7

Can the GEOS PHP extension be supported for PHP 7 also?

I'm not sure what the story with different installation methods or packages is, but it looks like work was done to make it possible: https://git.osgeo.org/gogs/geos/php-geos/pulls/2.

I've used this for PHP 7.2 without any issues -- https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/geos/php-geos. As far as I can tell, it works with any BOA supported version of PHP though I have only personally tested 7.2.

It leverages the OS version of libgeos-dev for determining the GEOS version. For Stretch, that means you get 3.5.1 (https://packages.debian.org/stretch/libgeos-dev) which is fine for general purposes.
