CZI: interpret ContrastMethod field under Channel and map to OME-XML

In most Zeiss CZI files I see, there is a ContrastMethod field per Channel but it doesn't get mapped to the matching field in the OME-XML Channel element. Can that be added?

Hi @dsudar, apologies for the slow response time as I was away on holiday and I am just catching up. Looking at some of our samples and they also include ContrastMethod in the CZI metadata, so this is something that we should be able to add relatively easily.
