Unsupported tsmvps format

This was raised on forum thread https://forum.image.sc/t/bioformats-tsmvps-format-from-motic-easyscan-one/82177 The user was exporting from the Motic EasyScan One system, and was trying to export slides with the best resolution possible. When using JPEG compression the system exports an SVS file which is able to be opened as expected. When exporting with Bitmap compression the system outputs a file with the extension tsmvps. This looks to perhaps be a variation of SVS and the Bio-Formats SVS Reader attempts to open the file, but it does not display correctly as shown in the forum post.
